Resumen Inglés......: This article deals with the hyper-mediated society and its implications for citizenship. It tries to demonstrate that the growing use of technological intermediaries demands to clarify decisions that increase or reduce citizen liberties, and vindicates a new public, transnational and interconnected sphere. This sphere is made up around the transparency of protocols, software and networks architectures that help to explain and discuss the politics behind the informational codes.
