Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo, diseñar un Plan de Marketing Internacional de la compañía cervecera argentina, Quilmes, a mercados exteriores y en concreto, a España. Está dividida en dos grandes partes, la primera trata de situar el sector cervecero, su historia y su situación actual, Quilmes como compañía, sus productos y sus tendencias del mercado. De acuerdo con las tendencias del sector cervecero, se concluyen las oportunidades de Quilmes en el exterior y el planteamiento de su expansión. Tras este planteamiento, la segunda parte consiste en diseñar e implantar un Plan de Marketing Internacional hecho a medida de la compañía para llevar a cabo su expansión internacional
