Abstract

Objetivos: Este estudio presenta la técnica del Grupo Nominal como la herramienta adecuada para incrementar la tasa de respuesta de los Profesionales de Enfermería en el estudio de investigación de la satisfacción laboral en las Unidades de Gestión Clínica (UGC), teniendo una aplicabilidad secundaria en el logro de los objetivos de la UGC. Relevancia para Enfermería: Reducir las dificultades que los investigadores de Enfermería tienen en la obtención de respuesta por parte de los Profesionales. Mostrar la técnica del Grupo Nominal como recurso válido para optimizar los objetivos de la UGC. Conclusiones: El conocimiento teórico y práctico de los Grupos Nominales puede aportar nuevos enfoques en los trabajos de investigación de Enfermería. En el estudio de la satisfacción laboral de los Profesionales de Enfermería en la UGC ha podido realizarse un análisis comparativo entre ambos grupos que permite ampliar el conocimiento de los Profesionales de Enfermería.

Aims: This study presents the Nominal Group technique as a suitable tool to increase the response rate of Nurses in the study of job satisfaction research in the Clinical Management Units (CMU), having a high applicability in achieving the objectives of the UGC. Relevance to Nursing: Reduce the difficulties researchers have in Nursing to obtain a response from the Pros. Show the Nominal Group technique as valid resource to optimize the objectives of the UGC Conclusions: The theoretical and practical knowledge of nominal groups can provide new approaches in nursing research. In the study of job satisfaction of nurse in the UGC has been carried out a comparative analysis between the two groups that can extend the knowledge of the Nursing Professionals.
