Abstract

In this paper I will discuss the seasonal leases, a broad legal concept whose conceptual scope is not clearly defined in our legal order, being concreted in a negative or excluding way regarding other urban leases, held for housing use. In order to summarize them, I will first limit its scope and the most relevant subtypes that compose it. I will also discuss other contractual figures which, while meeting the parameters of leases by season, are excluded from its regulation applying its own stipulations whose regulation tends to be confused and mixed with seasonal leases
