Abstract

This work presents the development of a model of an industrial compressed air installation made in Simulink using the Simscape library. The model has been interfaced with the Digital Twin of a flexible manufacturing cell located in the laboratories of the School of Engineering of the University of Seville. The model is aimed at calculating the consumption of the motor-compressor, for the evaluation of energy consumption optimisation algorithms on the system. The document presents the integration of both and the results of the simulation with data supplied by the digital twin of the plant itself.
