La movilidad urbana sostenible y el marketing de emociones

Abstract

En los últimos años, las exigencias de un mercado cada vez más complejo y diverso han llevado a las empresas a implementar nuevas herramientas como el “marketing de emociones”. Esta rama del marketing se centra en el vínculo afectivo existente entre la empresa y el consumidor, es decir, el impacto que tienen las emociones en el comportamiento de compra e intención de uso del consumidor. El estudio de los constructos analizados en este trabajo ha sido dirigido al ámbito de la movilidad urbana sostenible, por lo que las conclusiones extraídas se refieren todas ellas a la influencia de las emociones y la actitud de las personas cuando se les presenta la controversia de decidir entre utilizar, por ejemplo, una bicicleta eléctrica o un vehículo de combustible.
