In a society conditioned by hypermodernity, liquidity, postfeminism and deeply influenced by Debord's idea of the spectacle, if there's anything that describes the XXI century pop culture, it would be the Kardashian-Jenner family’s success. The present investigation is focused on addressing these sociocultural characteristics and relate them to the influence that the family has acquired since the premiere of Keeping up with the Kardashians in 2007 until they became the celebrities and references that they are today.
