Rebranding y plan de comunicación "Helados La Abuela"

Abstract

Se ha decidido realizar un reposicionamiento de marca de la empresa "Helados La Abuela", incluyendo en este una redefinición de su planteamiento estratégico, un rediseño de su imagen corporativa, así como un plan de comunicación acorde con los nuevos valores que poseerá la empresa. Este reposicionamiento tratará de crear un sentimiento de pertenencia en la población sevillana, además de buscar una expansión primero a lo largo de Andalucía y posteriormente hacia el resto de España. El rediseño de la identidad visual corporativa intentará unir toda comunicación de la marca (externa e interna) de una manera más homogénea y que exponga una mayor cantidad de información, además de facilitar a los consumidores datos acerca de la empresa (localizaciones, sabores, horarios, etc.). El proyecto se desglosará en dos grandes apartados. El primero de ellos será un análisis de la empresa y de la situación actual del mercado/sector, así como de su competencia y de los productos que ofrece. El segundo tratará el plan de reposicionamiento, la justificación y los objetivos del mismo, el rediseño de la imagen de la marca, así como la elaboración de un plan de comunicación acorde con los nuevos rasgos de la empresa.
