El sector turístico es uno de los que más riqueza aporta a la economía española y se encuentra en continuo auge, siendo de vital importancia para el crecimiento económico en nuestro país. El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado es analizar el sector hotelero en Andalucía a partir de las cuentas anuales medias de las grandes, medianas y pequeñas empresas proporcionadas por el Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía y destacar las diferencias existentes entre los diferentes grupos de empresas durante el periodo comprendido entre 2016 y 2020. A través del mencionado Instituto, han sido extraídos una serie de cifras y datos para la elaboración de ratios e indicadores económicos.
The tourism sector is one of the sectors that contributes most wealth to the Spanish economy and is in continuous growth, being of vital importance for economic growth in our country. The aim of this final degree work is to analyze the hotel sector in Andalusia from the average annual accounts of large, medium and small companies provided by the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia and to highlight the existing differences between the different groups of companies during the period between 2016 and 2020. Through the aforementioned Institute, a series of figures and data have been extracted for the elaboration of ratios and economic indicators.
