Este trabajo tiene como objetivo de estudio una visión por las filosofías del derecho, la política, la ética y los discursos religiosos de la mano de Martha Nussbaum y otros autores relevantes donde la pretensión es la de investigar si un sistema legislativo basado en valores universales es el idóneo para obtener el mínimo social básico para todas las personas sin excepciones a través del estudio de las humanidades en el proyecto educativo de Nussbaum.
This work aims to study a vision for the philosophies of law, politics and ethics from the hand of Martha Nussbaum and other relevant authors where the aim is to investigate whether a legislative system based on universal values is the ideal one to obtain the basic social minimum for all people without exceptions through the study of the humanities in the educational project of Nussbaum.
