Esta revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo analizar el papel de la revascularización pulpar y sus principios básicos, así como los factores que influyen en ella constatando que es una alternativa real al tratamiento de conductos convencional, teniendo en cuenta las innovaciones producidas en los últimos cinco años en cuanto a los distintos procedimientos clínicos y materiales incluyendo su tasa de éxito, realizándose una doble búsqueda de las publicaciones existentes en PubMed, siendo seleccionados 14 artículos, de su estudio y análisis se colige que dichas innovaciones favorecen la revascularización pulpar en dientes permanentes inmaduros

This literature review aims to analyse the role of pulp revascularisation and its basic principles, as well as the factors that influence it, confirming that it is a real alternative to conventional root canal treatment, taking into account the innovations produced in the last five years in terms of the different clinical procedures and materials, including their success rate. A double search of the existing publications in PubMed was carried out, and 14 articles were selected, from their study and analysis it is clear that these innovations favour pulp revascularisation in immature permanent teeth.
