Prototipo de grabadora láser

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objeto principal la generación de un prototipo funcional de máquina de Control Numérico Computerizado (CNC). Para lograrlo, se han de conseguir una serie de requisitos u objetivos previos: • Disminuir costes de producción mediante la utilización de plataformas de código abierto, tanto para la obtención de piezas, como para la del propio sistema de control del prototipo. • Modelar el prototipo mediante un software CAD, lo cual disminuye el coste relativo a la producción, ya que hace tener una idea bastante exacta de la disposición de todas las partes que conforman el conjunto. Para el presente proyecto, se ha hecho uso de una licencia de estudiante de SolidWorks 2019, desarrollado por Dassault Systèmes. • Fabricar piezas mediante impresión 3D, un proceso que, pese a requerir un tiempo normalmente largo para producir modelos 3D, es bastante versátil a la hora de generar piezas de geometría compleja. • Generar la estructura del prototipo con una sola plancha de metacrilato de 6mm de dimensiones (600x400) mm, para lo cual se hará uso de una cortadora láser de potencia suficiente para tal fin. • Hacer uso de materiales lo más genéricos posible, tanto para encontrarlos en el mercado con facilidad, como por el coste relativo que significarán dichos materiales en un futuro.
