Tiempo y cultura. La sociedad de la inmediatez

Abstract

With the current work, the temporay crisis suffered by present-day society, marked by the immediate, acceleration and anxiety, as well as dominated by performance, individualism and consumerism, is addressed. Through the work of the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman and the philosopher Byung-Chul Han, the social transformations produced due to this crisis of time are analyzed, affecting spheres such as work, art and affective relationships. Similarly, it will attempt to assess how the global pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has affected our time and what possible consequences it may have.
