Abstract

This work aims to provide an educational improvement in the field of Primary Education, through the implementation of a collaborative counselling project focused on the need that the teaching team of the CEPr. Beato Juan Grande de Carmona (Seville) has shown that, for the improvement of the teaching-learning process, their problem is that the students of the centre do not control the study techniques. In this case, the characteristics of this project are in line with the Andalusian Regional Government's Impulsa Programme, since the aim is for the centre to improve the academic success of primary school students based on the acquisition, 5 improvement and development of study techniques, promoting the interest and motivation of the students and, consequently, preventing or reducing absenteeism and early school dropout. This project will be carried out from a collaborative approach as it will focus on finding different strategies and resources that help and make teachers cooperate in order to achieve the aforementioned educational improvement.

El presente trabajo pretende proporcionar una mejora educativa en el ámbito de la Educación Primaria, mediante la puesta en marcha de un proyecto de asesoramiento colaborativo focalizado en la necesidad que el Equipo Docente del CEPr. Beato Juan Grande de Carmona (Sevilla) ha evidenciado que, para la mejora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, su problema es que los estudiantes del centro no dominan las técnicas de estudio. En este caso, las características de este proyecto se ajustan al Programa Impulsa de la Junta de Andalucía, puesto que se pretende que el centro mejore el éxito académico del alumnado de Primaria en base a la adquisición, mejora y desarrollo de técnicas de estudios, fomentando el interés y la motivación del alumnado y, por consecuente, evitar o disminuir el absentismo y el abandono escolar temprano. Esta propuesta se realizará desde un enfoque colaborativo dado que se centrará en buscar diversas estrategias y recursos que ayuden y hagan que el profesorado coopere para lograr la mejora educativa expuesta anteriormente.
