El centro de interpretación “Las Aceñas”, situado en Alcolea del Río, Sevilla, se encuentra actualmente en fase de ejecución, en concreto, preinstalación (canalizaciones, tubos, cuadros, cajas, etc.).Mediante una serie de propuestas de mejora, se pretende conseguir la autosuficiencia energética de este edificio. Las propuestas de mejora consistirán en modificaciones de las instalaciones que constan en proyecto, reduciendo el consumo a unos mínimos, para que pueda ser abastecido por energía solar fotovoltaica autoproducida en cubierta. Normalmente, en este tipo de intervenciones se hace un estudio económico en el que se valoran los costes necesarios para la mejora de la eficiencia energética, el ahorro que supone respecto a la instalación anterior y cuantos años serían necesarios para amortizar su implantación. Este estudio nos define la viabilidad de la intervención. Pues bien, en el punto en el que se encuentra este edificio, las mejoras de diseño que se implanten se comenzarán a amortizar desde su puesta en funcionamiento. Esto, combinado con toda su vida útil por delante, hacen bastante interesante el motivo de este estudio.

The "Las Aceñas" interpretation center, located in Alcolea del Río, Seville, is currently in the execution phase, specifically, pre-installation (piping, pipes, panels, boxes, etc.). By means of a series of improvement proposals, the aim is to achieve energy self-sufficiency in this building. The improvement proposals will consist of modifications to the installations included in the project, reducing consumption to a minimum, so that it can be supplied by self-produced photovoltaic solar energy on the roof. Normally, in this type of interventions, an economic study is made in which the necessary costs for the improvement of energy efficiency, the savings compared to the previous installation and how many years would be necessary to amortize its implementation are valued. This study defines the feasibility of the intervention. Well, at the point where this building is located, the design improvements that are implemented will begin to be amortized from the moment they are put into operation. This, combined with its entire useful life ahead, makes the reason for this study quite interesting.
