In this project, an energy audit has been carried out in an agri-food industry that produces bottled olive oil and vinegar. To carry out it, an agri-food industry has been requested data related to consumption, production, technical specifications of the equipment, and previous studies carried out in the company. In addition to all this, a visit has been made to the factory to deal with the technical managers and find out about the situation of the factory and try to detect energy inefficiencies. After this, we proceeded to identify energy efficiency measures and their possible implementation, assessing their technical and economic viability.
