Análisis de multimorbilidad en pacientes pluripatológico: base poblacional de salud Andalucía

Abstract

En este trabajo, realizamos un análisis de multimorbilidad sobre pacientes pluripatológicos para identificar sus características, así como las relaciones entre las patologías que presentan. Nos planteamos dos objetivos principalmente. Por un lado, un análisis descriptivo de las enfermedades crónicas, por grupos de edad y sexo, además de las combinaciones de dichas patologías; por otro lado, un análisis de secuencias a lo largo de la vida de los pacientes, basado en dos estudios. Uno sobre los pacientes que presentan cáncer y otro sobre cinco de las patologías más frecuentes. A fin de alcanzar el objeto de este trabajo, que no es otro que “Obtener un mayor conocimiento de este tipo de pacientes”, el Servicio Andaluz de Salud nos ha proporcionado una muestra de la base de datos poblacional de Andalucía del año 2017, formada mediante la unión de distintos registros médicos electrónicos.

In this paper, we performed a Multimorbidity analyses from multipathological patients in order to identify their features, as well as the relationship between the pathologies they have. There are two main objectives. On the one hand, a descriptive analyses of chronic diseases, sorted by age and sex groups, in addition to the combination of the pathologies; on the other hand, a sequencing analyses of the patients throughout life, based on two different studies. The first concerning the patients which cancer has been diagnosed and the second upon the five most frequent pathologies. To achieve our goal, which is “getting the most knowledge as possible from this kind of patients”, the “Servicio Andaluz de Salud” has provided us a sample of the population database from the year 2017, created by joining different set of electronic medical records.
