In this work, we present a survey about models for representation of Other- Regarding Preferences (ORP). The models assume that agents preferences over different allocations of a good or service adjust to a model represented by an multicriteria utility function. This function measures the effect that the allocations make in agents. In addition, we introduce different applications as of Fehr and Schmidt model (1999), weighted Rawlsian model and a inequity aversion model. Finally, we present an experiment of lab where we analyse the risk effect over agents social preferences and for which we suggest an application as of weighted Rawlsian model.
