Abstract

Objetivo: La presente revisión de la literatura tiene como objetivo principal analizar las alteraciones de color dentario consecutivas al uso de materiales biocerámicos en técnica de endodoncia regenerativa. Material y método: Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en la base de datos Pubmed donde los criterios de inclusión fueron: Artículos de los que se podía obtener el texto completo, artículos publicados en los últimos 10 años, artículos en inglés o español, artículos de estudios en humanos o animales. Se han obtenido un total de 10 artículos para realizar el trabajo. Conclusión: La mayoría de los autores, están de acuerdo en el uso de Biodentine para el tratamiento de revascularización en dientes inmaduros con mayor compromiso estético ya que produce una menor alteración del color del diente, en el tiempo, en comparación con el resto de materiales.

Objetive: The main objective of this literature review is to analyze the alterations of the dental color consecutive to the use of bioceramic matrices in the technique of regenerative endodontics. Material and method: A literature search was conducted on the Pubmed database where the inclusion criteria were: articles from which the full text could be obtained, articles published in the last 10 years, articles in English or Spanish, articles from human or animal studies. A total of 10 articles were obtained to carry out the work. Conclusion: Most of the authors agree on the use of Biodentine for the treatment of revascularization in immature teeth with greater aesthetic commitment since it produces less alteration of the color of the tooth, in time, compared to the rest of the materials.
