Organize sanayi bölgeleri ve Tokat Organize Sanayi Bölgesi uygulaması

Abstract

Türkiye'de organize sanayi bölgeleri giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Ülkemizde 40 yılda uygulanmakta olan organize sanayi bölgeleri ile yatırımlar istenilen bölgelere yönlendirilmektedir. Sanayi işletmelerinin altyapı ihtiyaçları organize sanayi bölgeleri ile sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde önemi çok büyük olan organize sanayi bölgeleri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca Tokat Organize Sanayi Bölgesi kapsamlı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve sorunları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Birinci bölümde organize sanayi bölgelerinin teorik yapısı incelenmiştir. Organize sanayi bölgesi kavramı, amaçları ve uygulama ilkeleri ile önemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Türkiye'deki gelişimi, planlanması ve yönetim yapısı incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tokat Organize Sanayi Bölgesi ayrıntılı biçimde üçüncü bölümde incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde Tokat Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nin sorunları ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
