In this study, chlorophyll fluorescence from measurement methods of photosynthetic efficiency was reviewed. Techniques used from previous to now were shortly mentioned and basic information about chlorophyll fluorescence that is new technique for us was given. Although chlorophyll fluorescence has been known for a long time, its usage has been common last decade. It is one of the most important techniques used in especially plant stress physiology. Being rapid, reliable and accurate, non-destructive are the most important features of this technique.
