Burdur-Yeşilova kromitlerinin zenginleştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Burdur-Yeşilova bölgesindeki özel sektöre ait olan düşük tenörlü kromit cevherlerinin değerlendirilmesi olanakları araş- tırılmıştır. Numune üzerinde yapılan mineralojik incelemeler sonucunda, kromit olivinlerin alterasyonu sonucunda oluşan serpantin ve serpantin grubu minerallerden olan krizotil asbest ve talk mineralleri gözlenmiştir. Yine minerolojik incelemeler sonucunda cevherin 0.425 mm. altında % 89 serbestleştiği belirlenmiştir. Kimyasal analiz sonucunda ise numunenin % 30.81 Cr2O3 tenörüne sahip olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Kırma ve öğütme işlemleri sonrası cevher farklı boyutlarda sınıf- landırılmış, iri boyutlardakiler ( - 0.425 + 0.300 mm, - 0.300 + 0.180 mm., - 0.180 + 0.106 mm., 0.106 + 0.075 mm.) sallantılı masa ve manye- tik ayırma yöntemleri, ince boyuttaki ( - 0.075 mm.) ile flotasyon ve Multi - Gravite ayırısı (M.G.S.) ile zenginleştirmeye tabi tutulmuş- tur. Deney sonuçlarından, manyetik ayırma yönteminin başarılı olmadığı Multi- Gravite ayırıcısının ise daha detaylı çalışmalara ihtiyaç gös- terdiği, Sallantılı masa ve flotasyon yönteminin kombinasyonu sonucun- da ise % 48.25 Cr2O3 tenörlü bir konsantrenin % 90.66 randımanla elde edilebileceği ortaya çıkmıştır.
