Aspir (Carthamus tinctorius L.) tohumunun süperkritik CO2 ekstraksiyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Süperkritik Akışkan Ekstraksiyonu ile yağlı tohum bitkilerinden olan aspirden yağ elde etmek için uygun çalışma koşulları araştırılmıştır. Ekstraksiyonda farklı çözücü akış hızları (1, 2, 3 mL/dk) kullanılmış olup 3 mL/dk sabit akış hızında 30 ila 60 MPa basınçlarda, 323, 333, 337 K sıcaklıklarda ve değişen ekstraksiyon sürelerinde (20, 40, 60, 70 dk) deneysel çalışmalar yapılmıştır.Genel faktöriyel dizayn ve yanıt yüzey metodu uygulanarak yapılan deneysel tasarıma göre elde edilen optimum koşullar 337 K sıcaklık, 50 MPa basınç, 3 mL/dk çözücü akış hızı ve 70 dk ekstraksiyon süresi olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu koşullarda elde edilen yağın kuru madde bazında verimi %36,90 olarak bulunmuştur.Empirik ve büzülen çekirdek modeli olmak üzere kütle transferinin modellenmesinde iki farklı yöntem uygulanmıştır.
