Kolza yağlı tohumunun yavaş, hızlı ve hidrojen pirolizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, kolza (Brassica napus) yağlı tohumlarının farklı koşullarda pirolizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneyler dört farklı reaktörde, yavaş, hızlı, ani ve hidrojen piroliz koşullarında yürütülmüş, piroliz sıcaklığı, ısıtma hızı, parçacık boyutu, sürükleyici gaz akış hızı ve hidrojen basıncı gibi piroliz değişkenlerinin, piroliz ürün verimleri üzerine etkisi belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışmalarda elde edilen sıvı ürünlerin spektroskopik ve kromatografik yöntemlerle yapısı araştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalarda en yüksek sıvı ürün verimlerine ani piroliz koşullarında %75 ile 550-600°C piroliz sıcaklığında, sürükleyici gaz atmosferinde ve hidrojen-piroliz çalışmalarında %84 ile 550°C piroliz sıcaklığında, 150 bar hidrojen basıncında ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, elde edilen sıvı ürünün yenilenebilir enerji ve kimyasal hammadde kaynağı olarak kullanılabileceği görülmüştür.
