Abstract

Bu çalışmada, önce ortalama 400000 molekül ağırlığa sahip kitosanın yapısal dayanıklılığını arttırmak için glutaraldehit ile çapraz bağlanmıştır daha sonra çaprazbağlı kitosanın yüzeyi Pb(II) ve Cd(II) iyonlarına karşı adsorpsiyon kapasitesini artırmak için sistamin ve 2-aminoetantiyol ligandları ile modifiye edilmiştir. Bu modifiye edilmiş çaprazbağlı kitosanın Pb(II) ve Cd(II) iyonlarını adsorplama davranışı çeşitli Ph, sıcaklık ve farklı ligand derişimleri ile farklı destek miktarları için atomik absorpsiyon spektrometresi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Böylece Pb(II) ve Cd(II) için modifiye edilmiş çapraz bağlı kitosanın adsorpsiyon kapasitesinin en uygun olduğu koşullar tespit edilmiş ve bu adsorbanın çeşitli koşullardaki adsorpsiyon kapasitesi belirlenmiştir.
