Üretim işletmelerinde spesifikasyon ve tolerans analizi

Abstract

Üretimde uygulanan spesifikasyonlar ve toleranslar işletmelerin başarısını, işgörenlerin moralinden piyasada yaratılacak imaja, üretim süre ve maliyetlerinden satış gelirlerine kadar, çok farklı yönlerden etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada bir otomativ işletmesinde beş işlem noktasında işlenen bir özelliğin, lisans sahibi firma tarafından belirlenen sonuç toleransının, işlem noktalarına dağıtılması için analitik yollarla elde edilen sonuçlar benzetimle sınanmış ve çeşitli maliyetleri enküçükleyecek şekilde bir toleranslama politikası getirilmiştir. Daha sonra bu tolerans limitlerinin uygulanması durumunda en iyi muayene politikasının nasıl olması gerektiği araştırılmıştır.
