Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasının amacı nostaljik reklamların göstergebilimsel analiz yöntemleriyle incelenerek nostalji unsurlarının markanın imajı hakkında verdiği bilgileri açığa çıkarmaktır. 2009 – 2018 yılları arasında Effie veya Kristal Elma reklam ödüllerinde ödül almış TV reklamları arasından nostaljik reklamları seçilerek incelenmiştir. Analizde Roland Barthes'ın göstergebilimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmış, göstergelerin düz ve yan anlamları incelenmiştir. Nostaljik unsurların göstergeler aracılığı ile tüketiciye vermek istediği mesaj ve marka imajı hakkında söyledikleri ayrıca incelenmiştir.
