The success of businesses depends on manager's decision making process and managing these processes effectively. Managers have to consider some dynamics which have effects on decision making process. One of the dynamics is strategic consensus. The aim of this study is defining strategic consensus concept and investigating the relationship between consensus and decision making and organizational performance. Concurrently in this study, the level of strategic consensus of top management teams is investigated for the companies which take place on ISO Top 100 Industrial Company Index. Results taken from the 32 top management team indicated that the consensus level for the objectives of the investigated companies is found low on half of them.
