Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, müşterilerin borçluluk ve yatırım durumlarına göre; finansal okuryazarlık düzeylerinin, algıladıkları finansal durumlarının ve yaşamdan memnuniyet düzeylerinin fark gösterip göstermediğinin incelenmesinin yanında müşterilerin demografik durumlarına göre finansal durum ve yaşamdan memnuniyet algılarının değişip değişmediğinin incelenmesidir. Daha önce, finansal okuryazarlık ve yaşamdan memnuniyet konularında literatür çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Fakat müşterilerin borçluluk ve yatırım durumlarına göre, finansal okuryazarlık algılanan finansal durum ve yaşamdan memnuniyet ilişkisini inceleyen bir çalışma yoktur. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın bu yönüyle literatüre ve araştırmacılara önemli bir katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, müşterilerin borçluluk ve yatırım durumlarına göre; finansal okuryazarlık düzeylerinin, algıladıkları finansal durumlarının ve yaşamdan memnuniyet düzeylerinin fark gösterdiği görülmüştür. Ayrıca, müşterilerin demografik özelliklerinin, algılanan finansal durum ve yaşamdan memnuniyet üzerinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür. The aim of the research, according to customers' indebtedness and investment status; In addition to examining whether their financial literacy levels, perceived financial situations and life satisfaction differ from each other, it also examines whether the perception of financial status and life satisfaction changes to the demographic status of customers. Previously, literatüre studies were conducted on financial literacy and life satisfaction. However, there is no study examining the relationship between financial literacy, perceived financial staus and life satisfaction according to customers' indebtedness and investment status. Therefore, it is thought that this study will make an important contribution to the literatüre and researchers in this aspect. According to the results obtained, according to the indebtedness and investment status of the customers; financial literacy levels, perceived financial situation and life satisfaction levels differ. In addition, it has been observed that the demographic characteristics of the customers have an effect on the perceived financial situation and life satisfaction.
