Abstract

Polonya, son birkaç yıldır birliğin temel değerlerine aykırı sayılabilecek eylem ve tutumları nedeniyle Avrupa Birliği içerisinde ağır eleştirilere maruz kalmış, 2015 yılında Hukuk ve Adalet Partisi'nin iktidara gelmesinden bu yana AB içerisindeki eleştirilerin dozu artmıştır. Bu bağlamda, Polonya'daki Avrupa şüpheciliğinin dinamiklerini Hukuk ve Adalet Partisi örneği üzerinden anlamak için bu çalışma, Avrupa şüpheciliğini Avrupa entegrasyonu boyunca devam eden Avrupalılaşma süreci ile birlikte anlamayı amaçlamaktadır.
