Bireysel Mutluluk ve İşkoliklik İlişkisi

Abstract

In recent years workaholism and happiness, have become two of the main research subjects of working life. The main objective of this research is to examine whether there is any significant relation between happiness and work addiction. To measure workhaholism, DUWAS Dutch work addiction scale and to measure happiness Oxford happiness scale is used. In this study, 218 surveys were conducted. Corelation analysis indicated that there is statistically no significant relation between happiness and work addiction.
