DAD e formazione degli insegnanti

Abstract

Il lockdown, come tentata via d’ uscita o attenuazione delle conseguenze della pandemia da Covid 19, ha avuto un impatto serio, spesso molto grave, soprattutto invasivo, toccando tutti i gangli vitali della società, la scuola in primis. Per la prima volta da noi si è sperimentato in modo massiccio la DAD, una modalità didattica praticamente sconosciuta, o al massimo una pratica di nicchia, appannaggio di pochi docenti che si servivano artigianalmente di mezzi di contatto informatici con i loro allievi. Di colpo è apparso evidente il ritardo della scuola e la necessità di realizzare una formazione digitale dei docenti oltre la semplice alfabetizzazione (digital literacy). Questo articolo mira a fare un passo in avanti. La tesi sostenuta – o l’auspicio – è che si sia solo all’inizio di un percorso virtuoso, al termine del quale ci si dovrà misurare con un diverso paradigma dove la tecnologia informatica dovrà far fronte comune con la competenza pedagogica. Quel nuovo paradigma non potrà non essere fondato sul giusto equilibrio tra una rivisitazione dell’idea di personalizzazione (campo della pedagogia) e del pensiero computazionale (lo spazio naturale della tecnica).
