Abstract

Il contributo analizza l’applicazione del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) nel processo di gestione e conservazione degli archivi, sia in ambito pubblico che privato, che costituisce una vera e propria sfida per tutte le istituzioni coinvolte, le quali devono contemperare le prerogative proprie della normativa di settore con i diritti vecchi e nuovi che il GDPR attribuisce agli interessati.
