Le mani sul cuore. Pedagogia e biopolitiche del lavoro

Abstract

Questo volume pone a tema pedagogico i recenti cambiamenti occorsi al lavoro e, in particolare, prende in considerazione il rapporto tra lavoro produttivo industriale e biopolitiche del lavoro. Si propone, pertanto, di intavolare un discorso scientifico centrato sulla spinta post-fordista in direzione dell’autoalienazione del soggetto che lavora e sulle ricadute sulla sua educabilità, intessendo una trama argomentativa che sollecita l’avvertimento di varie problematiche di tipo antropologico, etico, sociale e formativo alla cui soluzione è chiamato a concorrere il mondo pedagogico a vario titolo. Focalizzato sulla mutazione del capitalismo e sulle strumentali distorsioni di un agire che tende a “mettere al lavoro” l’integralità delle risorse e delle relazioni umane, il testo, in definitiva, mira a promuovere una cultura educativa del lavoro come della vita, alimentando le ragioni di un’economia per le persone.
