Analisi delle rotture nelle reti acquedottistiche mediante georeferenziazione

Abstract

In questa memoria viene illustrata una procedura per la georeferenziazione delle rotture in reti acquedottistiche basata sull’utilizzo combinato di due tipologie di informazione: il database cartografico digitale ed i dati relativi agli interventi di riparazione eseguiti dagli operatori. La sua applicazione consente di ottenere un quadro spazio-temporale completo dello stato del sistema, evidenziando, per ciascuna rottura, oltre alle caratteristiche della tubazione quali diametro, materiale, ecc., anche la posizione ed il momento della rottura stessa. Usufruendo di questa informazione “combinata” è possibile sia uno studio statistico dello stato delle condotte (definizione dei tassi di fallanza), sia un’analisi probabilistica delle distribuzioni degli intervalli tra due rotture (Time to Failure) e dei tempi di riparazione (Time to Repair), ponendo quindi le basi per la creazione di scenari di possibili malfunzionamenti della rete da utilizzarsi nel contesto di studi di ottimizzazione dei processi di gestione e riabilitazione. La procedura adesso delineate è stata applicata alla rete acquedottistica del Comune di Bondeno (FE), gestita da HERA Ferrara s.p.a. (ex ACOSEA) mettendo così in evidenza tutti gli accorgimenti operativi necessari per un suo corretto utilizzo.
