L'articolo si concentra sugli aspetti fiscali dell'impresa sociale, rilevando come la novella civilistica non abbia preso in considerazione i risvolti fiscali dell'impresa sociale, Per questo motivo il reddito prodotto continuerà a essere considerato come reddito d'impresa commerciale ai fini tributari e a scontare la relattiva imposizione.
