Abstract

Il saggio esamina il nuovo ruolo assunto dalle grandi stazioni centrali in alcune città europee come "interfaccia" tra città e ferrovia che tende ad eliminare l'effetto "barriera" e a porsi come nuova "centralità" urbana in quanto nodo di interscambio tra le diverse modalità del trasporto publlico.
