Abstract

Il contributo analizza l'impatto del diritto dell'Unione europea nel settore della pesca e dell'acquacoltura. In particolare, sono oggetto di indagine la normativa rilevante sovranazionale e la giurisprudenza della Corte di giustizia, in quanto è attraverso la ricostruzione del quadro normativo dell'Unione che è possibile comprendere la compenetrazione tra il livello europeo e nazionale in un settore cruciale delle economie degli Stati membri.
