La realtà dei matrimoni misti nel diritto islamico e nel diritto ebraico

Abstract

I matrimoni misti costituiscono un fenomeno sociale di indubbio interesse in tutte quelle società caratterizzate da un forte flusso migratorio e da un corrispondente aumento del tasso di multiculturalismo. Non possono essere demonizzati o rifiutati, ma devono essere seguiti con attenzione se l'obiettivo è, come dovrebbe essere, un assetto armonico della società, in grado di riunire e integrare le diverse culture, etnie e religioni. Allo stesso tempo, è opportuno mantenere nei loro confronti un atteggiamento realistico e prudente, attento ai rischi e alle difficoltà che i matrimoni interreligiosi indubbiamente presentano per la vita coniugale. Bisogna infatti evitare che momenti concreti di comprensione e integrazione reciproca si trasformino in esempi negativi di dissociazione e discriminazione.
