The Authors present four cases of cranio-orbital fibrous dysplasia with a follow up of about 14 years. Three of these cases were treated by radical resection and immediate reconstruction with split cranial bone. In one case, owing to the spreading of the disease, orbital decompression, reduction of the frontal bone and its repositioning were carried out. In our phylosophy, when dealing with cranio orbital fibrous dysplasia, the best way of treatment is radical resection, and immediate reconstruction with cranial bone.
