Abstract

Il contributo offre un inquadramento normativo, dottrinale e giurisprudenziale sull'istituto della motivazione del provvedimento amministrativo. Soffermandosi quindi sull'analisi della sentenza del Consiglio di Stato, sezione VI, 27 aprile 2021, n. 3385, viene affrontato il tema specifico dell'integrazione ex post della motivazione e la fattispecie della sanatoria della motivazione insufficiente tramite un provvedimento di convalida.
