Abstract

Il presente lavoro intende dimostrare che il romanzo incompiuto del giovane Francesco Cipriani, Melusina sull'altro marciapiede (edito da Apollonia Striano, 2003), relativo al cosiddetto Novecentismo napoletano (1926-29), è in larga parte ripreso dalla Mélusine di Franz Hellens (1920; poi Mélusine ou la robe de saphir), pur costituendone una rielaborazione pregevole e talentuosa.
