Abstract

This contribution contains a deep and critical analysis of the impact of the introduction of the implementing provisions of directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices in business-to-consumer relations on italian private law, with specific regard to tort law, law of contract and obligations and law on unfair competition.
