Abstract

Al fine di valutare la possibilità di ottenere semi sintetici, sono state condotte prove di incapsulamento con alginato di sodio di bulbilli di lilium longiflorum e di microtalee del portinnesto clonale di melo M.27. Le capsule di alginato si sono dimostrate idonee alla ripresa dei bulbilli su substrato non agarizzato. La ripresa dei propaguli di melo si è avvantaggiata degli elementi nutritivi dell'endosperma artificiale.
