Abstract

Il concetto di "Società della Conoscenza" utilizzato nelle fonti comunitarie presenta diverse conseguenze sotto il profilo giuridico. Il diritto della società della conoscenza (le situazioni giuridiche ed i rapporti) prende in considerazione attività prima considerate marginali (come la ricerca, l'innovazione e l'educazione); si occupa di beni immateriali; prende in considerazione in particolare alcuni tipi di contratti, come quelli associativi; si occupa di questioni etiche e di altri valori fondamentali.
