Pirolisi di biomasse in reattore batch

Abstract

La pirolisi è una tecnologia promettente per la produzione di energia su piccola e micro scala. L’Università di Perugia ha sviluppato un impianto pilota IPRP (Integrated Pyrolysis Regenerated Plant) basato su un pirolizzatore a tamburo rotante, accoppiato con una turbina a gas da 70 kWel. Per ottimizzare i bilanci di massa ed energia e per caratterizzare i prodotti di pirolisi è stato realizzato un reattore batch e poi accoppiato ad una linea di misura della quantità di tar presente nel pyrogas, secondo quanto previsto dallo standard CEN/TS 15439. Questa memoria descrive il reattore batch e la linea di campionamento tar e i risultati ottenuti pirolizzando cippato e pellet.
