Abstract

Gestire le fasi di emergenza; comunicare all'esterno e rapportarsi ai vari media; sviluppare è rendere concreta una attività di educazione al rischio rivolta alla popolazione; animare e gestire la vita di un gruppo di volontari di Protezione Civile nelle fasi non emergenziali. Tutte queste attività implicano l'utilizzo di processi comunicativi. Questo volumeaffronta, analizzandoli e cercando di fornire indicazioni pratiche, i principali temi comunicativi legati all'attività di Protezione Civile.
