Campylobacter coli and C. jejune were isolated in 120 samples of poultry intestines, carcasses and offals. Number of Campylobacter depends on type of samples and of strains. C. jejuni was isolated more frequently than C. coli. it seems that Good Cooking and Good Manifacturing Practise can eliminate any problem of campylobacteriosis by food.
