The paper focuses on educational aspects of school interventions, aimed to promote the dignity and the equality of all students, within today socioculturally diverse schools. The paper draws on issues coming from current debates both on school dropout and educational poverties, also with a short focus on migrant background students. Finally, the paper suggests that socioculturally diversity can be seen as an opportunity to reframe educational interventions, building on schools’, teachers’ and students’ resources, in order to promote more equal and inclusive learning environments.
