Turismo e sviluppo urbano: il caso di Alghero

Abstract

Alghero, después de 1950 ha modificado sus rasgos urbanos a causa de un turismo estacional que ha asumido características de fenomeno de masas. La receptividad turistica de Alghero ademas de incluir a los establecimientos hoteleros, se organiza en empresas agroturísticas lo que se traduce en una gran cantidad de camas disponibles por las numerosas casas destinadas a vacaciones. Del análisis de los datos, se deduce que los turistas que llegan a Alghero prefieren, si son extranjeros, pernoctar sobre todo en hoteles, mientras que los italianos, y especialmente los sardos, utilizan básicamente las estructuras extrahoteleras y las residencias secundarias. La calidad de los hoteles es buena, siendo los más numerosos lo de cuatro e incluso los de tres estrellas, que se distribuyen especialmente en la ciudad y a lo largo del litoral, encontrandose pocos hacia el interior. Las habitaciones destinadas a las vacaciones representa al 38% de la totalidad del volúmen hotelero. Ello ha contribuido significativamente a la expansión de la poplación e incluso también a la parcial recuperación del centro histórico.

Alghero,dopo il 1950 ha modificato la sua connotazione urbana a causa di un turismo stanziale che ha via via assunto caratteri di fenomeno di massa. La ricettività turistica di Alghero oltre a comprendere gli esercizi alberghieri, si organizza in alcune aziende agrituristiche ed è fortemente caratterizzata dai posti letto disponibili in numerose case destinate alle vacanze. Dall'analisi dei dati è emerso che i turisti che si recano ad Alghero preferiscono, se stranieri, pernottare soprattutto in albergo, mentre gli italiani e specialmente i sardi, utilizzano prevalentemente le strutture extralberghiere e le residenze secondarie. La qualità degli alberghi è buona, sonoo soprattutto presenti, infatti, alberghi a quattro stelle ed a tre stelle, questi si distribuiscono specialmente in città e lungo il litorale, solo raramente interessano l'entroterra. Le abitazioni destinate alle vacanze rappresentano il 38% dell'intero patrimonio edilizio algherese. Esse hanno contribuito significativamente all'espansione dell'abitato ed anche al parziale recupero del centro storico.
